Directors & Officers Liability
Old Republic Professional provides Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability coverage for public companies, private companies, not-for-profit organizations, and financial institutions. Capacity is offered on both a primary and excess basis, with forms providing either full coverage for insured persons and entities or dedicated Side A coverage for insured persons only.
Additional capacity is offered through excess placements, including Lead Side-A (DIC) and Excess Side-A, participating within layered programs.
Employment Practices Liability (EPL)
Old Republic Professional offers Employment Practices Liability (EPL) on a standalone basis and as part of our package policies, ORPROtect and InvestPRO, which include D&O, E&O, Fiduciary Liability and Crime/Fidelity coverages, depending on the risk.
Fiduciary Liability
Old Republic Professional offers Fiduciary Liability on a standalone basis and as part of our package policies, ORPROtect and InvestPRO, which include D&O, E&O, Employment Practices Liability, and Fidelity coverages, depending on the risk.
Crime/Fidelity
Old Republic Professional offers Crime/Fidelity coverage on a primary and excess basis. Commercial Crime coverage is offered via a standalone product, CrimePRO, or via our package policy, ORPROtect. Excess Fidelity coverage for financial institutions is available through our Financial Institutions team.
ORPROtect
ORPROtect is a modular solution that combines Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, and Crime coverages. Old Republic Professional structures ORPROtect to be written as a packaged solution or tailored to the needs of the risk.
